Telkoms worst experience ever

The worst service ever Telkom selling me deals over the phone ,when i get the simcard the deals do not exist any more ,how is this Possible ,i went to heidelberg Mall to sort this out ,did not receive help at all and they told me to call customer service ,they adviced me to call back tomorrow because they were offline
