Telkoms world class service "from an employees view"

I took out a data sim deal on 01/01/2020 for 20gig +20gig. The sales person makes a flop and puts 4gig top up plus deal. I have been trying to fix it to be on the right contract since middle January. The service is Pathetic. Being an employee i should of expected better service. I can only imagine how customers feel.. 2 months and telkom cant fix a simple correction. I will be taking this up with the higher authority internally. Here's a reference: case number ***4.
