Telkom's website sucks

I'm reverting to this website, because at least it works. After trying numerous times trying to use Telkom's website and not getting anywhere, I have to follow this route.

1) I log into Telkom's website with a user name and password and then when I chat to an agent "I have to confirm all my details again". Really, really bad website design.

2) I had to re-confirm my details numerous times.

3) Getting transferred from one agent to another I had to re-confirm my details. Bad website design.

4) Telkom's website just times out and throws me out. Have to log in again and re-confirm all my details again. Really, really bad website design.

5) I cannot copy and paste my details on the Chat website. Retyping it numerous times is highly frustrating.

6) My original problem is that my phone and ADSL is not working, but I was unable to report it using Telkom's website.
