Telkom's very frustrating

Whenever I call in with a query, I end up more confused than before I called them. Each time it has to do with billing issues. I dont understand why they cant rectify my billing date from the 4th to last day of the month like my other contracts with them. I give up. Some consultants don't seem to know how their systems work, ayi.
