Telkoms utterly poor/non service.

Guys, if you ever contemplate to take out a Telkom contract, look yourself in the mirror and slap yourself just for thinking it. Why is Telkom the biggest player in the market, but they the most cheapest service provider out there, no its not because they have the infrastructure, Its because they loosing so many customers due to poor to non-customer service that they hardly making enough money to maintain their infrastructure. Don’t do it, i have been ****med by these individuals and will never ever return to these people. Over bill you, after adding stuff on, they never take them off and keep billing you for it, you stop the stop orders and they just keep billing your account regardless. The consultants are as useless as can come and have no sense of rationality nor common sense, their back office is an excuse for more delinquents that are just as useless and then close cases that never were resolved leaving you still paying for items and a contract you stopped. Keep this in mind, you can open up a Telkom contract with little hassle, but try and cancel your service with them... good luck my friend. Telkom are the most useless mobile service provider out there, you get more bang for your buck somewhere ells. Don’t do it. Go and look at any cell phone shop, why is Telkom the only one with queues of people standing, definitely not the brilliant service they offering. STAY AWAY!!!
