Telkoms usual poor service

Worst service from any company I have ever received , had a fault on my ADSL line for about 5 months now and haven't even been able to get a tech out to look . The call center is less then useless and can give absolutely no help . It's getting to the point where I'm going to look into taking legal action as bills keep arriving but no service is delivered absolutely pathetic
