telkom's useless promotions and dreadful network

so sick and tired of this ****ty network. constantly buying data that i can never use. currently sitting on 4.3gigs with access to nothing. called their customer care who muted the call and eventually cut it. tried calling back but im just redirected to the useless whatsapp link which is of no use.
