Telkoms useless customer service

Telkoms customer care service is completely useless. They do not care about their customers aslong as you pay the bills. I am being billed incorrectly and have phoned in 5 times in 1 month and nothing is coming from the situation. If i dont pay the bill then they switch off my services. As a customer i dont see how this is fair. This place is putting such a huge financial stain on my life. Please dont trust telkom. I fell for it. Dont you fall for it.
