Telkoms useless and pathetic service

My wife and I app**** for a wifi package from this useless pathetic company after a month of receiving the package we get it without a simcard and we cannot get any help from telkom...I don't know how people can even go and take out any contract with this cap company if this mesage does get to telkom I will damage your reputation for being so damn *********** I want my simcard you damn worthless piece of trash ********** I want a call NOW
