Telkom's unprofessional and non existant communication s****s

I had Telkom ADSL contract for over 2 years, then our internet stopped working and we were informed that Telkom won't replace the lines again due to theft.

Checking which options were available with the sales consultant there was only LTE and it will be delivered within 7 working days. After 2 weeks I phoned Telkom to check on my order just to find out that I cannot get LTE due to the signal towers being full. So why sell me a product I cannot use???? Then I also found out the order is not even on the Telkom system, so if I did not call I would still be waiting, because Telkom is to pathetic to pick up a phone and inform clients, but they are quick enough when they want their money.

My neighbor has the exact same problem as I am and now we have no option for any internet in our area with Telkom.

Very proficient and professional Telkom, keep up the "great" work.

Wasted 2 weeks for absolutely nothing.
