Telkom's unlimited off-peak data plan is a hoax.

I bought an unlimited off-peak data plan two days ago and since this morning at 03h00 AM i could not use the data, it is now 16h00 PM and i still cannot use the data that i paid for, i tried calling customer care number and it redirects me to WhatsApp function however the WhatsApp functionality doesn't seem to be working either, is this a way of Telkom making sure that we never get to use the data we paid for, i am so frustrated right now.
