Telkom's unfulfilled promises

Took out a LTE contract last week on 17.01.2023. I explained to the consultant that this deal is contingent on the fact that I received my router and that its activated by Friday 20.01.2023. She promised me that it will and that she will give me a call the following day to keep me updated on the progress. This didn't happen. I still don't have my router and the wifi package from my previous supplier ended over the weekend. So i'm without wifi. Off to a very bad start Telkom
