Telkom's unbelievable service

Our home landline and internet has been off for nearly 3 weeks. When we went to telkom last week to find out what's going on they informed us that someone will be in contact with us to rectify the problem. When I went to the office again this week to follow up, they informed me that they're not gonna fix the line and that must either switch to lte or cancel with them. They did not even let us know they're not going to do anything about our problem and don't even care that they might lose a loyal customer. Whenevet telkom calls to my cell it says Hellkom Telkom is calling. Such a suitable name for them
