Telkoms unauthorised double debits

Can Telkom start sending us actual statements instead of the nonsense they send us?

Beginning of August telkom decided they are not gonna debit my account on the agreed date, about a week later they double debited my account as if I had missed a debit order. I reversed the unauthorized debit order and now they are sending me threats to report me to the credit bureau.

Dear telkom, it's not my fault that your accounts department is a joke. You are ruining my credit score and I'm fed up!!!
