Telkom's unacceptable incompetence

Reported a very low upload speed via wireless router on Monday 12 March. I got a reference nr and the consultant said the technician will get back to me after 72 hours. When I phone again on Thursday 15 March the consultant then told me the turnaround is only after 72 working hours, in other words, 9 days!!! I find this incompetence totally unacceptable.
