Telkom's Thievery Acts

This is a complain for the bad/ ********* service I'm receiving from Telkom in that I spend most part of this month with my account being on suspension and Telkom is now refusing to reimburse me for the days I could not use the services I paid for, or I demanded that they alternatively extend the expiry days of the services (data) I paid for to offset the days I was wrongfully suspended, to which they refused.
