Telkom's theft

I entrusted Telkom with my bank account no, to take my monthly payment of R199.00 for the socond time Telkom stole money out off my account without my knowledge at the time. An amount off R5882.00 was ****** out off my account on the 21st of Okt 2022. I was hospitalized for 17 days and ever since then phoned and Emailed Telkom. The only words I get is escalation, no manager, waiting period 7 to 14 days!!!! I've supp**** them with bankstatement showing Telkom's deduction. More than 20 calls later my money is still gone/****** who knows!!!!!
