Telkom's the worst network. They over charge and thoer services are the worst!!

I have a contract with Telkom and their services is the worst. I took out a contract costing R245. 00 per month and I was told it is set not to exceed the limit so i wont be paying anything more than the contracted price. My monthly STATEMENT came and I was billed R1110. 00 I went to telkom to querry this and it was said that Ive made calls that went over the limit how this is the case when I was told the limit is set to exceed by only R1. 00 is beyond me. They then said I should call their call centre. I tried a few times but had to wait more that 45 mins to be put through to a consultant. When I finally got through, the consultant was useless. I then lost network from that day which was about 2 weeks ago. I called them again today and they sending me back to a telkom store to try for a sim swap. And if that fails then only will they be able to log a case for me. Mind you this is a business phone Ive been unreachable for almost 2 weeks and I still have to wait. But at the end of the month ill be over billed again! Im leaving telkom and so is the rest of my friends and relatives.
