Telkoms Terrible Treachery

<p>As soon as my contract is over I will not use them anymore ever again!</p> <p> </p> <p>Bought a 4MB ADSL line as we already have a BUSINESS telephone line with them 15 months ago...</p> <p> </p> <p>So for 15month I have been calling every 2-3days with the same complaint that then line is either 0.6-0.9MB or completely of with NO internet...</p> <p> </p> <p>Then they do something on there side then we have 3.2MB line for a few days and then back to normal 0.6 or nothing...</p> <p> </p> <p>They have sent out someone to check the line more than 8 times and still no change...</p> <p> </p> <p>Thought ok let me upgrade to 10MB line as I was told that is the max for the area thinking then at least we will get 3MB constant and we can work...</p> <p> </p> <p>They say great theyll do it...6weeks go by and nothing...i phone and request an update only to find that its been cancelled and they cant do it anymore and the max is now 4MB...</p> <p> </p> <p>Keeping in mind that this is a BUSINESS LINE the phone and internet has been down for weeks numerous time in the last 15month and is currently down for almost 2 weeks now...without a estimate of when it will be fixed... only answer is "it could take weeks"</p> <p> </p> <p>This BUSINESS is what puts food on the table and pay the BILLS!!!!</p> <p>ONE OF THOSE BILLS IS A SERVICE FROM TELKOM THAT I AM NOT GETTING!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>They are ******* and ******* in my eyes!</p> <p>The straine and frustration they put on a family and business is unacceptable!</p>
