TELKOM'S TERRIBLE SSERVICE

Our land lines have been out of order for more than 10days in our whole suburb, Esplanade, Milnerton. Two residents got telkom out and both said it was nnot their department but cabling department and will report it. To date nothing has happened. One of the residents called Telkom yesterday to enquire about progress and Telkom said they know nothing about it, she asked for the relevant tel no. and they daid they don't know. Really?? I've tried calling on my cell phone just to be pushed from pillar to post and wasting my airtime. This is TOTALLY RIDICULOUS, I OPERATE A BUSINESS FROM HOME, SO THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!!! Useless service as always!!!!
