TELKOM'S TERRIBLE SERVICES

Telkom is worst network provider. I have contracts with voadcom and with telkom but not once have I had issues with vodacom. At the end of May, telkom did not debit my account at all resulting in my account going into arrears. I could not get hold of them for the entire month of June. I've tried calling, emailing, logging calls on the website as well as walking into the store but no assistance. Service is terrible. I eventually got a call from them and I managed to settle my account. My debit date is set at the end of the month, why would they debit me early? For the month of July , I get a debit on my account thats much earlier than my debit date and once again I've got no services from them and I cant get hold of them again. Telkom is the worst network provider and I will not recommend anyone to use them, infact im going to ensure that the 4 contracts that i do have with them will be closed as soon as they expire. They don't even deserve the one stat rating.
