telkoms terrible service going 20 days and my landline hasn't been installed
<p>I payed for my landline to be installed on the 01/03/2017 , going almost a month and it hasn't been installed I went to a Telkom shop they said I have to wait ,such terrible service I urgently need my line and I tried calling the phone number received by the agent from the store to track my order ,however the number has no answer and mailbox is full, please help me deal with Telkom order reference number ********** 68a customer I.D- cm ********** </p> <p>My name is Pooven govender</p>
I'm so upset its been a month since I signed up for my landline ,I have tried calling for reason to why I haven't received my landline yet spent over R200 airtime and was just put on hold for an hour with customer service , I laid a complaint on hello Peter got a response to send my order number ,but its going more than 2 weeks still no response , I'm urgently requesting help from hello Peter to deal with Telkom and they **** services I'm so angry that they don't even care to respond to my request , and I urgently need my landline for business
