Telkom’s terrible service

Terrible experience with Telkom. I gave my months notice last year august. Till date Telkom is debuting my account. I called again and again and again. All the agents say the same thing but nobody actions anything from there. I am really really disappointment with the service. The best part of it is that my contract is still not cancelled with them. Unacceptable. I requested a manager to call me 2 days ago and nothing as yet.
