Telkoms terrible service

I would like to complain about Telkom's terrible service.

Telkom is changing our normal lines to wireless but as soon as I received my phone, the line stopped working. when I called in they said that the order needs to be pushed through and the sim is not activated. I have phoned so many times and no solution. it is going more than two weeks now and my phone is still not working.

My husband had the exact same issue and it took almost a month to get sorted.

I cannot understand how Telkom's works ….did they not think of all this before deciding to change everyone phones.

At the end of the day, even though my husbands phone had not be working for almost a month, we still had to pay for our full premium for the month which is wrong.

My phone is not working for 2 weeks but Telkom will still charge me my full premium!

Not Acceptable!
