Telkoms terrible service - ***

<p>I ordered a line which i want to convert to ADSL. They said they would come twice and did not pitch, my dad sat at my house waiting the whole day. No appology i just got another SMS to say they were making it the 13th March. This time i took off from work, they guy pitch and told me he does not run the line but only does the installation, surely that IS the installation. So now I have to run the line myself. Then they are supposed to come back this Monday 20/03/2017, now i get a new SMS after the first one to say it will be the 28/03/2017, if i want to change it i must go to their telkom/ appointments website (which does not work). This is frustrating and the worst service i have ever had. I have sent numerous emails from their website but no one comes back to me!!!!</p>
