telkoms terrible lies

<p>My adsl and telephone line has been down for over 2 months, during that time I have made numerous calls to telkom explaining to them my situation and was told that this was a case of cable theft underground by a number of telkoms customer care advisors I was even told the same story by a supervisor whose name was Linda prince, after 2 months telkom dispatched a technician to see the problem and according to him the cause of the problem was a damaged cable due to a storm on the telephone lies, on top of that telkom expect me to leave my small business and drive 150 km to a telkom store to get a fixed line lookalike, since the technician has come I have not received word regarding the exact date that they will fix the line and have been ignored by Mr prince on several occasions, I am truly disgusted by the unprofessional manner in which telkom treats their customers and if I could I would have given them 0 stars for my rating</p>
