Telkom's Terrible Customer Service

Incredibly poor customer service! I have a problem on my account where they don't load my any service minutes on my phone. This is a service i am paying for every month! I have tried leaving a message with no answer, i have called in on multiple occasions with no feedback and as a new Telkom customer i am utterly dissapointed!
