Telkoms Terrible after sales contract service.

Telkom Has been a good service provider for the 8 years I have used them. They only really lacked in the after sales service. My current contract phone is need of repairs under the 2 year samsung warranty. Samsung need a proof of purchase or contract with the IMEI number. I went to a telkom store for it but because it was taken out online, They directed me to the online department who suggested i have to contact a Third party provider. I contacted them and they took my ID to check but haven't got back to me. I contacted online and insisted ut was with them and not a third party so they said to email *** but the email doesn't exist and an error message is returned. I contacted the social media team and they said they would contact me but nothing.

Its the worst service from a telco service provider and not worth taking out a contract with them, even for the slightly cheaper pricing.
