Telkoms Terrible

Terribly disappointed. I've been requesting a cancellation on my contract that has ended..I only used their service for a few months, when the phone was ****** and i didnt know I never had insurance (I always have insurance) I paid in ful for 2 yrs and never even used the number All documents have been sent for cancellation, no one at the store can assist, and I'm still getting debited ...
