Telkom's sort your ish out!!!

Whenever I request the telkom airtime emergency top up, it gets loaded but when I try to make calls, it says I have insufficient funds and the airtime is loaded. At that time I am going to pay Telkom for airtime I never used even once to do an urgent call.

Telkom you not actually helping your customers here, this is such a bad service. You should just remove that feature for requesting emergency top ups
