Telkoms Social Media Team dont resolve anything!

I have a previous complaint that was promptly rep**** to by Telkoms Social Media Team. I even got a reference number! (SM157144) So this raises the expectation that somebody will contact one and assist somehow.<br> <br> But once again I was disappointed.... a week later and still no call or response after getting this meaningless reference number...<br> <br> This Social Media team seem to hide in the depths of Telkom. There is no contact information available anywhere to get hold of them and find out what progress is being made.
