Telkom's Slack Administration Puts Consumers Credit Rating at Risk

A number of months ago we cancelled our Telkom contract due to its replacement. We are still receiving statements and now an sms saying the service has been discontinued due to none payment. Why must our credit rating be at risk due to their inefficiency.
