Telkoms shocking internet service Error message (65505R)

I have been trying for many days to connect to online places without success . Due to Telkoms shocking internet connection service I have been unable to. This is the first time it has connected and I hope it lasts long enough to do this email. I shop online, being over 70, and have not been able to place orders or even pay bills. It is like most other important services in RSA (even before Covid) nothing works as it should. Wake up Telkom!!!
