Telkoms ****tu

My internet which is with afrihost has been down since the 25th September and no one from telkom is getting back to us according to afrihost they said telkom is basically openserve and they the only people that can fix my fault and no one had gotten back to me as yet and their technicians didnt even call me as yet to book a date. What I cannot understand is that telkom as such a big business cannot have an appointment schedule to tell customers when to expect a technician ... bull**** honestly... we must wait till maybe 2019 for telkom to get someone out!!!
