TELKOMS SERVICE/INTERNET CONNECTION

Telkom has the most *********** swines working behind the desk. The service is horrific and the company itself is a joke. I am paying for 10mb/ps but get 3.5 mp/ps. Another problem that I am currently struggling is my payment not reflecting after 48 hours in which I then went to telkoms shop where I received horrible service and we still have not fixed the problem. I do not recommend this company to anyone if you enjoy good service and good internet.
