Telkoms service sucks!!!

We have a Telkom internet contract in use for 18 months now. We paid every month on time with debit order, however on 31 May last month we lost signal and it has not yet been repaired. We have logged more than 5 fault reports, we tried reconnecting, we had computer techs look on our side and there is no problem, we are not receiving any data. We already paid for data we are not receiving. My husband is loosing business due to it. I need this fixed ASAP!!! Telkom even told me we are paying for a 20mb uncapped line, but our line is working on 10mb and 4mb!!! what the hell!!! Telkom is the worse when it comes to service!!
