Telkoms service on all levels is pathetic!!

It has been a week since, I commented on Telkoms extremely poor coverage in my home and their misleading advertising, by showcasing all the particular colours the Samsung S6 comes in, but they don't stock it and refuse to order it as a personal request. I am now disgusted at the blas? attitude of Telkom towards customer complaints and will continue to post and discourage potential and existing customers from using this service provider, as No one bas bothered to call me.I called customer care yesterday and was told my case is still being attended to after 4 months? Seriously whoever is in charge of Telkom needs to be fired. Customers don't get called back if the call drops, after you fully explain your case and the agent has your telephone number. Which means that you now have to call back and explain yourself all over again! Customer service at Telkom, needs serious attention. As everyone I speak to seems to have a problem. We are currently 5 people in our household alone who will be terminating our contracts with Telkom.
