Telkom’s service is the worst in the world.

I migrated 18 months from a landline to a wireless telkom phone with a SIM card. I am still paying for a landline and a jack, etc. I am paying double per month what I should be paying and am not getting the benefit of telkom to telkom free and the 2gigs free per month. Sales refers me to accounts and they refer me to technical. I spoke to sales about 10 times. I hate Telkom.
