Telkom's Service is terribly poor

We used Telkom as an internet provider at our home. After a while we started having trouble. Connection on and off al the time. We are living in the SW5 area of Vanderbijlpark. I do not know if this is a tower fault or a fault on the Telkom's side, but absolutly nobody is doing anything about it. At a time we need it. I have had so much trouble with Telkom over the last couple of years, if it is not with a cellphone contract, it is with the wifi. Please give a solution. We cannot keep on paying for nothing. How many others will throw their money away like this. To enrich Telkom? The only time you actually get a reaction from them is if you complain on a platform. What service is that?
