Telkom's service is pathetic!

Such pathetic service from telkom! I made 2 manual payments on my telkom account, telkom then debited my account with both payments again. After calling and asking for a refund only 1 payment was refunded. The balance should be then reflecting as a credit on my account,? No they demanding money from me for 2 months in a row now and blocked my account last month and this month for 2 weeks now. I've been calling them since the 8th of December to sort out the issue with my account, trying to explain that my account is actually in a credit, logged a case and no one has gotten back to me. My account is still blocked and it should actually be in a credit. Never take out any contract with telkom! If you have any issues they will not sort it out, you won't get any feedback, their customer service is disgusting, no employee is held accountable, you can't speak to any manager or any other employee besides the call centre agent. Their system is pathetic!
