Telkom's service is pathetic

Telkom's service is pathetic both call centre and technical department they are uncompetent! I've been waiting more than a month for telkom just to come and connect my line,after recieving multiple sms's still no one came out to do the job. After alot of calls to the call centre there hasn't been any help as of yet and must usually hold almost 20 minutes and as soon as they don't know what to say or do they end the call without saying anything it is pathetic service wouldn't recommend anyone to use it or struggle with it...
