Telkom's service is none existent

Pathetic and useless service from Telkom. A couple of months ago Iapp**** for the Telkom Unlimited Home (10Mbps) internet. The monthly costs for it is R807 per month. The last two months I got bills of R1 446.19 and R1 498.48. I don't make any calls from the free landline, so I get billed for who knows what! I signed up for a debit order, so the money just goes off my account.

When I call they just tell me they will log a complaint. I'm sick and tired of struggling with endless phone calls and people who can't do their job properly.

Hopefully someone from Telkom will be able to explain these high bills.
