Telkoms service is "No Service".

If there ever is a company who deserves to be called "Incopetent" and "Useless" and all the other pejoratives one can think of, the it is Telkom, South Africa. For almost two months now, we have been trying to get telephone transfers sorted out, but every representative we talk to - and there's been quite a few, just tells us we can't talk to any senior person and the promise to escalate our problem and every time we follow up, the same story just repeats itself. There is definitely no structure there for waht is generally called "Good Service". What is most infuriating, is that it has not always been so.
