Telkom's service is horrible

Telkom's customer care service is useless. they always put you on hold to talk to their supervisors and come back with no solution. My line has been suspended for a month now. They can see my money but every time when i call they say it has not been allocated i should wait for 24 hours. When i explain my frustration they say the reason why is not yet fixed is because the email they send to 'whoever' keeps on expiring before its fixed. I have been begging them to cancel my contract but they say they can not do that till my account is fixed. But they do not miss their deduction.
