Telkoms service is horrible.

This would be the third year i constantly complain, spend HOURS on the phone only to get nobody to answer, waste thousands of rands of airtime, drive to their HQ every couple of months only to get no help, and always getting frustrated with the service that i am paying for. Internet switching off every 15 minutes, they told me about 2 months ago the problem was fixed, i dont even bother to ask for help anymore. Just waiting to get fibre to my location so i can get away from telkom. For 3 years your service has been horrible. -20/10 for satisfaction.
