Telkom’s service is going from Bad to Worst

For the past month I’ve been trying to get my domain accounts amended with Telkom. I keep sending e mails to the support desk but get no response.When I go into the stores they can’t assist with business related queries, when I call the call center they can assist with business related queries and they advise me that I have to e mail support desk.I’m getting one big run around and this is not the first time, what is happening to Telkom, there service is going from bad to worst.We have businesses to run and demands to be met, don’t they value their customers requirements? What am I paying for?
