Telkom's service is consistently ********** and messing with my credit rating

The service I've been Telkom has been consistently **********!!!!! I've never come across such a pathetic telecommunications company. In February I made a manual payment to them and they still ran a debit. Fine let's assume their system had not picked up my payment by the time the debit ran but THEY WENT AHEAD AND GAVE MY DETAILS TO A COLLECTION AGENT!!!!I have made several calls to get Telkoms agents to rectify the issue to no avail until one agents told me not to worry about it all he can pickup everything and it's up-to-date. Advised that in March I'd rather wait for the debit to run and not do early manual payments like i did in February. To my surprise Telkom didn't run the debit for March this day. I have called them 4 times and they had not run my debit yet again!!!!!!! I logged a complaint with them and nobody has bothered to come back to me and since Fen they have given my account to a collection agency and im sure such stuff affect my credit score. TELKOM please sort this out!!!!!
