telkoms service is bad period

i dont understand how telkom works i tried and tried to resolve this in a polite manner but it seems its now affecting me and its dragging and its not going away

telkom i have never used anything from you never i asked for the contract and noone wants to assist me

i have never taken anything or used anything that was given by telkom and now you listed me and said the account is a write off how when i never got any benefits is this allowed
