Telkom's service is absolutely terrible!

I have had the worst experience with Telkom, simple requests cannot be followed and their system is always offline! My interaction with them this past few months with regards to having my line moved then, the order being closed, having my line upgraded, has been the most frustratingly annoying and upsetting space of time that i have yet to experience but with them their incompetence astounds you daily.
