Telkom's service has been nothing short of a disaster

Telkom's service has been nothing short of a disaster. I been consistently overcharged, with billing errors that seem to be a regular occurrence. Despite paying for a contract, I didn't even receive a SIM card for most of the year, and only three months were actually paid for by Telkom for there error The customer service is appalling, with no one willing to assist me. My request to change the payment method to in-store payments has been ignored. Now, due to their mistakes, I am facing arrears. This is a clear indication of Telkom's poor management and lack of accountability. It's a frustrating experience, and I deserve much better service.
